The Mayor and Council will have a called meeting on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, 7:30 a.m. to authorize the Mayor to execute the Loan and Note Agreement with Georgia Environmental Finance Authority and authorize City Administrator Barbara Thomas to attest the documents.
