A 90-day Moratorium was approved by Mayor and Council on January 20, 2023.
There will be no building (Residential, Industrial, or Commercial) inside the City limits of Maysville for 90 days effective today, January 20 through April 20, 2023.
A workshop will be held every Monday evening at 6:00 p.m. through April 17, 2023, to update the Land Use Management Code book. Meeting place will be held at 4 Homer Street upstairs in the Council Chamber.
