Call for Special Election
In accordance with O.C.G.A. 21-2-540, notice is hereby given that a Special Election shall be held in Maysville, Georgia for the election of Ward 1 Councilmember for the remainder of current unexpired term which ends December 31, 2025. The Special Election will be held on November 8, 2022, at Stonepath Independent Church.
Qualifying will begin August 15th starting at 8:30 a.m. and ending August 17th at 4:30 p.m… The qualifying fee will be $72.00. All who are interested in running for Ward 1 Council seat may pickup a qualifying packet at city hall during these hours.
