Please take notice that the City of Maysville Mayor and Council and Maysville Planning and Zoning Board will hold two Public Hearings on the rezoning and annexation of property owned by James Lyles located on Hunter Glenn, Maysville, GA.

Public Hearing- Wednesday, December 15, 2021, 7:00 p.m. Maysville Planning and Zoning Board, 4 Homer Street.
Public Hearing, Monday, December 20, 2021, 6:00 p.m. Mayor and Council, 4 Homer Street.
A meeting of the City Council will be held immediately following the Public Hearing on Monday, 20, 2021, at which time the approval or denial of the annexations and rezoning’s will be considered.
A copy of the applications are available for public inspection at the Maysville City Hall.
