The Maysville Police Department serves and protects the citizens by maintaining law and order, preventing crime, and protecting life and property. Services are provided 20 hours per day, 7 days per week. Dispatch is coordinated through the Jackson County 911 System, and back-up is provided by either the Banks or Jackson County Sheriffs Departments. Services are provided by 4 full-time employees, which include the chief, and 3 officers There are 8 part time officers.
