NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that the Maysville Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 28, 7:00 p.m. at 4 Homer Street to receive public comment on the application of Peter McCaffrey, 38 North Main Street for a proposed amendment to the Zoning Map and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Maysville to rezone one acres of property located at 38 North Main Street , Maysville, Georgia from Agriculture to RR3. A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Maysville City Hall.
A second Public Hearing will be held by the Mayor and Council on Monday, July 12, 2021, 6:00 p.m. at which time the adoption of the map amendment will be considered.
