NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REZONING AND VARIANCE REQUEST
Please take notice that the Maysville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 21, 2020, 7:00 p.m. at 4 Homer Street, Maysville, GA to request a rezoning of property located at 192 Sims Street from Commercial to R2. A Variance request on setbacks is also requested.
A second Public Hearing will be held Monday, June 1, 2020, 6:30 p.m. at 4 Homer Street, Maysville, GA. by the Mayor and City Council to hear public comment on the Rezoning and Variance request.
A Regular monthly meeting of the City Council will be held immediately following the Public Hearing at which time the adoption of the Rezoning and Variance will be considered.
