Pursuant to Section 21-2-132(d) (3) qualifying for the November 5, 2019 General Election will be held on Monday, August 19, 2019 through Wednesday, August 21, 2019, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the office of the City Clerk/Election Superintendent’s Office located at 226 South Main Street.
Qualifying fees are as follows: Mayor $144.00
Councilperson Ward 2 $ 72.00
Councilperson Ward 4 $ 72.00
The last day a person may register and be eligible to vote in the November Municipal General Election will be October 7, 2019. O.C.G.A. 21-2-224 (a)
