This person works 12 hours per week. Assistants work some evenings and weekends.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Library Assistants are responsible for providing checkout, information and support for library patrons of all ages. This includes providing computer assistance, shelving books, and other duties as assigned. This person is often the patron\u2019s first contact for library service.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Qualified applicants will have public library or retail experience. High school diploma required, some college preferred.
