{"id":5092,"date":"2023-09-26T07:16:42","date_gmt":"2023-09-26T12:16:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cityofmaysvillega.org\/?p=5092"},"modified":"2023-09-26T07:27:45","modified_gmt":"2023-09-26T12:27:45","slug":"november-7th-election","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/cityofmaysvillega.org\/?p=5092","title":{"rendered":"November 7th, 2023 Election"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Notice is hereby given that advanced voting shall take place for the November 7th, 2023, Municipal General and Special Elections for the City of Maysville at the Election Center location at <u>441 Gordon St, Jefferson, Georgia 30549<\/u> on the following days and times.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MONDAY- SATURDAY October 16<sup>th<\/sup>&#8211; October 21st,&nbsp;from 9AM until 5PM&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MONDAY-SATURDAY October 23<sup>rd<\/sup>&#8211; October 28th, from 9AM until 5PM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MONDAY-FRIDAY October 30<sup>th<\/sup> \u2013 November 3rd, from 9AM until 5PM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All early voting will end on November 3rd at 5PM.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>City of Maysville residents will be voting November 7th at:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stone Path Church<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8430 Maysville Rd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maysville, GA 30558<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Drop Box will be available for absentee ballots at the Election Center (located inside) ONLY during all early voting hours as per SB 202 and will close on November 3rd at 5PM. Ballots may be dropped off until 7PM on November 7th, 2023 to the election staff located at 441 Gordon Street in Jefferson, absentee ballots will not be received at the polling location on Election Day.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Absentee Ballot Applications may be submitted for the November 7th Municipal General and Special Elections until October 27th, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those on the ballot are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>MAYOR<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richard Presley ( Incumbent )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>William S.
