Monitoring Requirements Not Met for Maysville Water System
Our Community Water System (CWS) violated drinking water standards. Although this is not an emergency, as our customers, you have the right to know what happened, what you should do, and what we are doing to correct this situation.
*We are required to monitor your drinking water for specific contaminants on a regular basis. Results of regular monitoring are an indicator of whether or not our drinking water meets health standards. We did not properly complete the required monitoring or testing for DISINFECTION BY-PRODUCTS (TTHMs & HAA5s) during the 10\/01\/2021 \u2013 12\/31\/2021 compliance period and therefore cannot be sure of the quality of our drinking water during that time.*
